I don't know but I think I'll be focusing in on the mood I'd want to set in, establish the pace around it, even if it were to include a fantasy plot, I'd still focus on realism to keep as far away from cliches. ( i'm not an artist or something but I like writing ) for me , I believe that in romance stories ( whether it was normal romance or bl ) is about the characters and the relationship between them , that of course if there was no fantasy or supernatural genres . you should understand your characters very well , including the environment the grew in ......   reply

Every story has standard elements. Plot, character, setting. Plot involves the conflict. Is this man against man? Man against self? Or man against environment? What is your characters' goals during the duration of the story? Survival? To grow beyond a past trauma? Fall in love? Well God only knows how many Cliffhanger BL story I wrote as a novel of sorts. I would usually draw what comes to my mind and I would literally do a super full assed comic of sorts before planning out how the characters would look like. I'm more towards novel writing cause I can't draw to save my life, but some pointers- If you want to bypass the cringe- imagine the actions in real life. Are these actions that people would actually do? Or is it more something you see in anime/manga/etc.? Dialogue is another huge factor- overexplaining something, especially something a character ......   reply

Have the same experienced.. no one to show it too.. people always go to conclusion like i'm weird..pester me to ask "why is both mc man x man" Anyway I prefer the uke to be strong mentally and really energetic but somehow still innocent try to read Love Shuttle and i gotta warn you it will dedefinitely change your way of thinking for personality   reply
