The i before e “rule” that’s only true some of the time. Onomatopoeia being a word that’s not pronounced at all how it’s spelled. Why is there a T? No one says it. We say “ah-nuh-mah-nuh-pee-uh” like bro? Huh?? The amount of words we borrow/stole from other languages. Also fiancé and fiancée. Those words are pronounced the same r......   reply
