I agree with most of this, but to be fair, they're fictional characters. Yeah, I get it, if they were real people it wouldn't be OK, but they're not real people. As long as people's ships have some good reasoning and aren't illegal or incest shit then who cares. As someone who's in the fandom, is bisexual, and lowkey ships some characters due to dynamics, I somewhat disagree. Yes, I do think that some ships... should not exist and are blatantly fetishised. However, just as you can't assume anyone or any character is gay/lesbian, you can't assume that they're straight, nor can you assume that the shippers......   1 reply
