It's not!! I don't use in home too! Only when I am going outsde or doing some exercise or dancing, cuz it's uncorfomtable for them shake sjsjsj, it hurts a lil they are like big, so.. but i sleep without a bra cuz is very comfortable! Also is good for your health sleep without a bra. I searched now and mone are F size sjsjs
