if we're talking about this literally, no mental disorder can inherently be "cured." it can be managed depending on a lot of different factors. so if you consider "keeping yourself in check" and "actively working to be a better person all the time" a cure, then yeah it can be cured.
I think the majority of research says that it can't be cured. It doesnt matter here in this context though, because logically speaking it's good and normal to be repulsed by people who sexualise kids and any material that promotes that.
