binders

i wanna use binders, but i dont have any and i'm very closeted rn. does anyone know how to create a makeshift binder? also, are binders permanent?

Use a soft crepe bandage. But don't do it for too long, and stop immediately if you experience discomfort since your health comes first. 2 reply
