you can double up on sports bras! also, no, binders are not permanent. they are a wearable garment. if you're looking for something you can wear for long periods of time, do some research on trans tape!   reply

So, no binders aren't a permanent thing. as for making a binder I've seen some masc ppl use two sports bras. one on backwards and the other on correctly. but please get your correct size and only wear them for a few hours a day. over binding can disfigure your ribs and cause tissue damage to your chest amongst other health problems.
