I don't think it's wrong to have rape in a story. What is wrong is authors using rape to make the victim "realize their feelings" for the abuser or describing non-con as something normal in a relationship. In short, people romanticizing rape are problematic. Rape has terrible consequences so it can be interesting to see a character trying to overco......
