this happened to me and i needed to throw up multiple times and poop once or twice, get something that is hot or warm and if you have laxatives to poop even better, wait with a bag/bucket and make sure to be ready to go to the toilet (im a trans boy btw dont misgender me, my pronouns are he/him thanks)
