first i cry it out in private then, i turn it into anger and cool off by angrily drawing (or filling up a colouring book page) or through archery (nothing violent or painful) reply
when i am sad i try to watch movies and read mangas . exactly comedy and watch videos on youtube . also i sometimes draw or write stories in free time #-.-) mangas was always something that made me laugh and happy ヾ(☆▽☆) reply
