I'm not a fan of repeated rape in fiction. If it's once or twice, though, I really don't care cause this is not a trigger for me.
There's a huge difference between fetishizing rape (using it to depict something "romantic") and using it to depict a horrible experience. The latter is fine with me cause it's realistic.
