I do that too. When I first started, I was reading like 3 manwhas a day, now I can't even bring myself to sit through one shots lmao. My suggestion is to just take a break, then start reading one shots, move to 30 under ones, and once you finally have the motivation, you can read longer ones. I thankfully haven’t reached that point. I tend to only read completed stories and am happily working my way through them. I have tried some Isekai as a diversion though, but I still can’t stay away from my yaoi list.   reply
