What counts as a shots/loli

In my opinion any character (either going through puberty or already gone through it) designed with the appearance of a prepubescent child in mind is a loli/shota (if the character is prepubescent then they’re just a child), if they are subject to sexual or romantic attraction the genre is loli/shota. i might be wrong on this so correct me if i am. but i’m pretty sure loli means a adult female that has a child like appearance. same goes with shota too.   reply
