try sleeping peacefully up until you wake up on your own and not when your sleep gets interrupted by something? like idk uuuh lock your doors and if you don't have a lock.. buy a lock??? and uh sleep with music so other noises won't distract you from having the best sleep.. uhh make sure your bed is extremely comfortable like your sleep position th......   reply

well wash face, eat food think of other things and thats all i can give. maybe if u cant handle it punch your pillow or just scream in it. all i can guess is that your stressed when you wanna punch someone or just upset/mad   1 reply
