Does anybody else here have problems communicating?

If so, what are your experiences? Do you have any tips for those who struggle with communication?

I feel guilty when I say too much or act out of line. I hate feeling vulnerable, but I'm aware it is an empowering thing but even so, I find it so exhausting to talk about feelings that are my own. Because of this, I can sometimes hold internal resentment for my friends who seem to be better at discussing these things more than I am, even though It's not their problem.
I want to be better to myself, but I don't know where to start.
