Is it big or small? If it's small just change your underwear regularly and wait for it to heal. Do not wash it with a strong soap as it can irritate it.
If it's big/still bleeding, go to a doctor. They will probably give you antibiotics to prevent infections and some oinment to help with healing.
This isn't weird, most of us who shave/trim have ex......
