I would never encourage anyone below legal age read xxx yaoi. But they wouldn't tell anyone anyway if they wanted to find it. I read some at maybe 11? And it was difficult to get my head round it for a while, i think i was a bit too young. ofc i regret nothing though!
And then there's no cap i don't think!
