Why are you pulling from two series to justify your point? I think you’d be more valid in comparing Kaminari and Mineta. I think it is also important to point out that there are probably only a handful of examples where someone explicitly said or implied, “Wow, Hisoka a lot less scummy than Mineta!”

Hisoka may be weird, but the fan art of him can be outstanding. I haven’t read the series, but I admire the art
