Unfortunately, it's very hard to ignore people's opinions on you and to do what's good for your body. It seems that you're in a very bad situation, since you do seem to be having an eating disorder and really into tracking what goes into your body. Dear OP, I am not a doctor- but what you are describing sounds like textbook anorexia nervosa. Being skinny is a beauty standard so there’s not really anything you can do about it. You just have to accept it. On the other hand, there are healthy ways of losing weight, you generally don’t need to starve yourself unless you’re already underweight.
