So it’s a serious question this time I have been going through some stuff since I was like 8 or something, and I didn’t become aware of how messed my mental health was till I was 13 something, then I thought it was due to me being in my teenage years and eventually it will be fine, but now I am over my teenage years and I am still the same Or is it normal and I am going through that phase a little longer
mental health is a strange and unpredictable thing and i wouldn't call it a "phase" since mental illness isn't something that go away? it really depends on how severe your symptons are and sometimes they can last someone's entire life to just a few years
