Ok ok so for letter A. we tap our pens once, B. twice, C. thrice, and D. four times. Then to tell what number we’re asking the answer for, just tap your foot according to the number, if theres two numbers tap the number of the first number first, pause for a bit, then tap for the 2nd number.
