i usually listening to good musics. or when my mood is really bad, i listening to sad ones and making sad scenario in my head then crying myself out. and mostly i need someone to talk to. in case i had no one, so i try to write down my thoughts. or i read some mangas that leave 'happy thoughts' in my head or mangas that i find it 'all time favorite......   reply
