Can y’all help find this video??

So I’ve been looking for it for ages (literally) I’ll just tell you what I remember,is a sad video (idk if it’s a music video or not) there was this abusive girlfriend and the caring guy, she always push him away when he try to get close to her, I remember that she went to the bar with her friends she bumped into someone and spilled her drink into someone, that person spilled her drink back and they stared to fight, when she got home he was waiting for her, he try to cure her wounds but she slapped his hand away. Next thing I remember was that they were on the bed and she stared to give him kisses but he pushed her again, he stared to cough blood and they went to the hospital, she finds out that he had cancer, since then she started to treat him nice, she read him stories, she helped him eat, she stayed with the whole progress, one day he shredded a tear and she dry it. One day she got a call from the hospital and she went running to go there, she saw through the glass door how the doctors were trying to save his life, she then noticed how he died in front of her eyes, she stared screaming and crying, slamming at the door, when they finally let her enter she stared crying even more and hugged him tight as it was her last goodbye. It was so sad but I needed and watched when I was so young that I don’t remember the name, it really touched my heart
