Do you ever just wake up at 1 am, for no reason in particular, so you try to fall back asleep only to be scared shitless that you are about to die? Like... Your body just only woke you up to have a panic attack?

Cause that shit ain't pleasant, and its 2 am soon and bruhhhhhhh, I still cant close my eyes without fucking feeling... not good to say the least.

sometimes i forget to breathe that i get nightmares, so waking up at 1 in the morning to my dad abt to call 911 and my mom praying/crying gasping for air cause i haven't been breathing nor moving and my nose is bleeding so. ya reply

currently 3am...awake but tired but refuse to sleep bc of chest discomfort due to the second dose of the vaccine....i had it the first time and i had horrible chest pain for a week and it went away ended taking the second dose due to peer pressure....by my parents scared what comes after death so im here...awake...paranoid.. reply
