everytime i look at the mirror and repeatedly say my name i feel like, im looking at another person? like im only a foreign entity that entered this young one's body.... help?
According to quantum physics, the reflection that we see is the one with the result with the highest potential compared to all the other possible paths that light could have taken to our eyes. This includes paths that are completely irrational, ones that perhaps, through other quantum properties, traveled to the edge of the universe and back. The reality of those possible paths did happen granted that they are not visible to us. So basically, when we stare into the mirror for a long time, the changes in our reflection are the possible alternate realities
Or it could be your brain messing with you bc it's bored or when it wants to communicate (like that one time I lost to myself in Rock, Paper, Scissors with the mirror... I don't know if I was supposed to feel happy that I won or disappointed that I lost)
