There was this Chinese drama where a woman's husband is falsely accused so in order to get him out she joins the imperial palace and comes first in the exam or smt. And like the princess falls in love with this woman at first sight (the woman is dressed like a man) and then on their wedding night she realises that her groom (that woman) is actually a woman and her husband is imprisoned for something he has not done so she becomes best-friends with this woman and helps her take her husband out of prison.
