What's that one habit that you really need to stop
I really really need to stop.....BITING MY LIP IT'S LEAVING BRUISES I swear I keep remembering that trend were you bite your lip and make that face I keep doing it without noticing
Focusing on my breathing, it makes me focus on how I’m controlling it and then that leads to me having irregular breathing. Another downside to that is how it freaks me out and makes me uncomfortable. 2 reply
