I don't think its incest...personally i don't ship them but who tf cares if someone does..
Mikasa basically had nowhere else to go except for Eren's parents, and you can see they didn't see each other as "siblings" more like friends...
I really don't think its a big deal....especially since Mikasa canonically has feelings for Eren.
