Start small. 10 minutes is good as a start. Think of your target goal. Try to do those small bed exercise first if you cannot find the energy to leave bed. OR Whenever the thought of working out cross your mind but you won’t do it bc you don’t feel like it, immediately stretch your hands, stretch your arms, stretch your body, stretch you legs, ......   reply
