It's because the vast majority of them ARE fetishizers. Reading BL doesn't automatically mean you're a fetishizer, yes, but that also doesn't mean you should feel the need to try to excuse fetishizers' actions. And, if what some people like to do is fetishize mlm, then sorry but I'm going to judge them for it.
