Definitely Takaba Keisuke and Karasuma Miyabi from Kurui Naku no wa Boku no Ban! Both definitely had their faults (Keisuke's blind hatred towards omegas and Miyabi's harassment on Keisuke just to provoke him to treat him the same way as other alphas do).
