tired

Im emotionally exhausted and I dont wanna live, Im not even sure if the people i like like me anymore, plus im just getting more insecure. i finally left the people i dont like in a horrible way, but i dont regret the things i did. again, im emotionally exhausted but i dont know why, why what how i should do?
