How am I supposed to recover

Been emotionally and mentally exhausted this year, like it's just too much for me to handle. I can't do the things I love to do coz I just don't have the motivation, the energy... I'm just drained all over.... How am I supposed to heal from this

samee. haha i havent done a single thing for my school work and the deadline is like in 3 days haha but here i am soo exhausted..... i just chill like dont five a f about anything cause im just soo used up that i cant even feel nervouse but at the same time i overthink everyday... reply
