Is being a fujoshi wrong?

Okay so yesterday I admitted to myself and to a public discord server that I was a fujoshi cause I was a fan of reading mangas with romance between two men. Shortly after I got replies saying that it was fetishizing and It was bad to fetishize that kinda thing. I apologized stating that I didn’t know it was fetishizing and I thought the term fujoshi was defined as a simple definition of a girl liking and reading mangas that has romance between two men. Is being a fujoshi really bad? I dunno If I used the term wrong or if I didn’t properly understand what being a fujoshi is, but I really need some clarification about this.

Y'all really saying "just say you 'enjoy bl'" as if that isn't literally code for being a fujo at this point, lmao. If you say shit like that you're for all intents and purposes going to be considered a fujo and as such are going to be treated like one. reply
