About 4 or 5 times-

I tried to suffocate myself like 4 or 5 times for reasons. I didn't have the happiest childhood which is why I tried multiple times to suffocate myself. Not only that I have almost got sH0* once when I was younger. I do want to do it and it but I don't because I know how hard it would be on my family due to how I am and stuff.
