I kinda slashed my wrist not because I wanted to but you know it just happened as if I was possessed or something I know it sounds stupid but it's true. First I had a panic attack and then instinctively I threw a glass on the floor and it shattered and then when I picked up all the pieces and was throwing it in the dustbin, I blacked out. When my head cleared I couldn't remember anything just the cuts on my hand and my clothes full of blood and me crying. Wasn't a pleasant experience honestly
