Any methods ya’ll have to stop binge eating or binge reading manga? I’m the type to get easily obsessive and develop addictions quite easily. An example; I had OCD where I had to do certain actions for exactly 10 seconds or else I stress myself out. Got better over time cuz it literally came from nowhere and was relatively new, still kind of a habit tho but less mentally straining. Anyways, I’ve been struggling to stop my obsession with food and manga as it’s become way too unhealthy to the point I’ve actively skipped weeks of my classes and assignments only to do these 2 actions the whole day and I’m terrified of what’ll happen if I leave it alone. Any advice or experiences that may have been similar that you got over?
Maybe you can find another obsession, but healthy to resolve this problem?
Like squeezing a stress ball.
You can even do it in class and on the way.
You can also chew in the air when you want to eat without being hungry
