does anyone gets frustrated by the superficial/oversimplified portrayal of social issues in webtoons/mangas that are supposed to be realistic? its always watered down dialogues that are supposed to be intellectual takes on a serious issue but just come off as juvenile and uneducated. especially in romance and slice of life
I've always found it weird that many stories just use homophobic society as an excuse to add some angst in their romance without having a deeper dive. reply
