But yeah, I imagine that pan lesbian means that one is panromantic and lesbian or homoromantic and pansexual. Romantic and sexual orientation don't always align one to one. You can see this a lot in asexual and aromantic circles where there are a lot of asexuals are not aromantic and a lot of aromantics are not asexual
