Just in time. Started mine today. I drank yesterday so I just feel miserable from the hangover and cramps combo. if you dont want to take the cramps medicine,painkillers, you can use those heating pads, those bags of gel also work, if you dont have none of those, you can iron face towels and place them where it hurts, i always do that and it works a lot   reply
