Depends on the student's age. If they are university/college students over the age of 18, then it is ok. If they are under the age of 18, then it is considered cp.
CP laws are different in many countries. In the US, it is under the age of 18. Some countries is 16 and others is 14. Check the laws in your country regarding CP and possession of CP. ......
