how can you tell that you're being true to yourself?
I honestly find it hard to tell whether it's my real feelings and thoughts or I'm just fooling myself and made up those things to make me feel better. I kinda don't know myself in a way that I'm confused between what's true and what's lie.
I don't know the contexts, but I will give my best shot answering your question.
I reflect on my actions everyday, and I ask myself these questions as I go:
- What exactly are my values at this point?
- Have I known all the information regarding what I did so that now I can make the morale judgment? - Did my past self do his/her best given the a...... reply
I don’t. But seriously I almost don’t feel emotions at all and I had to learn how to act like I’m normal so I just copied some behaviors of people that I liked so now I'm just a mix of different people reply
