I mean this just my opinion but, I think the white room torture is the worst one. You're just in white room with no human contact, just to be eating white food, like rice. Only to be losing your personal identity day by day. By long periods of time. You change differently. 2 reply
This question is kinda concerning, and please don't try this at home... Anyways, to answer the question, I'd say the series of movies 'Saw' have some interesting torture tools and methods, to break a person both physically and mentally. reply
I was always disturbed by Vlad the Impalers preferred technique of impalement.
The victim was forced to sit on a sharp, thick pole that gets raised upright.
Then they leave the victim to slide down the pole with their own weight while their ass clenches tight, trying to hold themselves upright and alive.
