I've looked everywhere online but can find a thing, so hopefully someone on here can help me out. I have 3 guinea pigs, and two always fight. And they're not play fighting (atleast to my knowledge), one has seriously got injured several times and we have tried separating them, but it never helps. Right now, I'm really worred since one of them is shaking and drooling excessively..after a big fight of theirs. Is it because of the heat or something else? I'm really worried and I need a solution. My familys thinking of selling them and I don't want that to happen. Thanks.

So it's either having a seizure, somehow contracted a parasite or worm, could be rabies as well, or significant trauma to the head/body/brain from fighting could have hurt your guinea pig to this extent. There's no way to help it at this point, unless your vet is god himself. This is why people are taught to keep guinea pigs separate from each othe...... 1 reply
hi hi, so i have a shit ton of animals and have had a lot fight so i'll tell you what i think is happening. from what i think, i'm pretty sure your Guinea pig could be extremely dehydrated. my hamster did the same, and sadly passed away, but i'm guessing Guinea pigs are bigger so they should be able to survive, and i don't think dehydration is the ...... 1 reply
