eat after 10:30 am (i go for a granola bar roughly 90 cals ~) then drink a cup of water and have a small snack (something like eggs or one & 1/2 serving size snack idk i normally drink tea) around 12,, have a serving size snack around 2/3pm. and after that eat dinner at 5/6pm and no food after 8!! water & tea are my go tos if i feel hungry :) i do......
