1. No solid dinner only drinks (fruit drinks/ tea/ sugarless healthy shit)
2. Chloe Ting's workouts (She's scary good)
3. Water, water and more water
4. No junk snacks, only carrots/spinach/cucumber/air popped popcorn
5. Eat salad before meals.
6. Don't drink sugar drinks, iced tea tastes great without sugar.
