Like quite a few people said, writing it down/journaling actually helps a lot... maybe cry while you're at it if it's really bad. Crying really helps for me and I also feel like it would help for others, and if you can't just cry out of nowhere maybe read something sad I also put depressing music on blast then sleep off all of the remaining feelin......   reply
