Any healthy coping mechanisms y'all can drop on me? Y'know they don't even need to be healthy as long as its not drugs lol, I've done did rehab so not again.
I would say journaling in crying. The journaling can help you get your thoughts down so you can come back and review them in the crying relieves mental strain. These help me cope with a lot so I hope they help you. 1 reply
