What do y'all do when u r stressed out? I laugh and make jokes and every time I feel super guilty about it but it's like a natural thing in my brain now soooo Pls share your weirdness so I can feel better (=・ω・=)
uhhh i just re-think about things when im stress like "what should i do" "what im going to do now" "should i just do this" while re-thinking i listen to a calming music at the same time and cri reply
