Feeling very anxious because I have a whole thesis to write by September and I haven't even started which gives me anxiety and I can't work while being anxious.
So my week is an endless loop of anxiety.
I did some working out and ate well enough this week so at least I've been doing one thing right.

Wow. Just push through the anxiety and start it, you will feel better for it. Have you done the research part? You got this, you can do it. Open a tab and get going
I did and I even have a plan with what to write where but I can't bring myself to start. Thank you so much though
